1.Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ZKSol (the "Service"), operated by ZKSol Labs ("ZKSol," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2.Description of Service
ZKSol is an on-chain reputation and credit-scoring protocol built on the Solana blockchain. It uses zero-knowledge proofs (via Reclaim Protocol) to verify off-chain financial data (such as cryptocurrency exchange balances) and reads public on-chain wallet activity to generate an informational score associated with a Solana wallet address. ZKSol is non-custodial: we never hold, control, or have access to your funds or private keys.
3.Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and not prohibited from using the Service under applicable law.
4.Not a Credit Bureau — Informational Only
ZKSol is NOT a consumer reporting agency and does NOT provide "consumer reports" as defined by the U.S. Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) or equivalent laws. The ZKSol score is an informational, educational estimate of on-chain and verified off-chain activity. It must NOT be used, in whole or in part, to determine eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, housing, or any other purpose governed by the FCRA or similar legislation.
5.No Financial Advice
The Service and all scores are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions.
6.Blockchain & Crypto Risks
You acknowledge that: (a) blockchain transactions are irreversible; (b) on-chain data is publicly visible and permanent; (c) smart contracts may contain bugs or be exploited; (d) cryptographic proofs and underlying networks (Solana, Reclaim Protocol) may fail or produce inaccurate results; and (e) digital asset values are volatile. ZKSol is not responsible for losses arising from these inherent characteristics.
7.Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third parties including Reclaim Protocol, the Solana network, the Phantom wallet, cryptocurrency exchanges, and cloud infrastructure providers. Your use of these services is also governed by their terms. ZKSol does not control and is not responsible for third-party services.
8.User Responsibilities
You agree to: (a) provide accurate information during verification; (b) safeguard your wallet and private keys; (c) not attempt to manipulate or fraudulently inflate your score; (d) not use the Service for any unlawful purpose; and (e) comply with applicable laws. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
9.Intellectual Property
All Service content, code, branding, and materials are owned by or licensed to ZKSol and protected by intellectual property laws.
10.Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE AND ALL SCORES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT SCORES ARE ACCURATE.
11.Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZKSOL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED USD 100.
12.Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZKSol from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
13.Modifications
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced via the Service.
14.Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause or notice.
15.Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the British Virgin Islands.
