1.Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how ZKSol Labs ("ZKSol," "we") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our Service. We are committed to data minimization and privacy-preserving technology.
2.Information We Collect
Wallet Address: Your public Solana wallet address, connected via a wallet such as Phantom. Verified Financial Data (via Zero-Knowledge Proof): When you verify an exchange account, Reclaim Protocol generates a cryptographic proof. ZKSol receives the proof and the extracted data points needed to compute your score (e.g., a balance tier). By design, zero-knowledge proofs verify facts WITHOUT exposing your full account, credentials, or unnecessary personal details. Public On-Chain Data: We read publicly available Solana blockchain data for your wallet (SOL balance, token holdings, transaction count, account age). This data is public and accessible to anyone. Technical Data: Browser type, device information, IP address, and usage analytics.
3.How Zero-Knowledge Proofs Protect You
ZKSol uses Reclaim Protocol to verify off-chain data. The proof confirms a fact (e.g., "balance exceeds a threshold") without transmitting your login credentials or full account history to ZKSol. We do not store your exchange passwords or sensitive account data.
4.How We Use Information
To generate and display your on-chain reputation score; to record verification events on the Solana blockchain; to operate, maintain, and improve the Service; to prevent fraud and abuse; and to comply with legal obligations.
5.On-Chain Data Is Public and Permanent
Verification events and scores written to the Solana blockchain are publicly visible and cannot be deleted. Do not submit data you are not comfortable having recorded permanently on a public ledger.
6.Third Parties We Share With
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the Service: Reclaim Protocol (proof generation), Solana network (on-chain recording), Neon/PostgreSQL (database), Vercel/Render (hosting), and analytics providers (aggregated, non-identifying).
7.Data Retention
Off-chain data is retained as long as necessary to provide the Service and comply with legal obligations. On-chain data persists indefinitely on the blockchain.
8.Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to data portability. Note that on-chain data cannot be deleted. To exercise rights, contact legal@zksol.xyz.

10.Security
We use industry-standard safeguards (encryption in transit, access controls). No system is fully secure; you are responsible for securing your wallet and private keys.

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. We take appropriate safeguards as required by law.

The Service is not intended for users under 18.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified via the Service.
